Reporting Errors

1. Open Log view by selecting Window --> Show View --> Other --> General --> Log menu item.
   

• The Log view is activated on the screen.
• Copy all content by using keyboard Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C or use a context sensitive menu (right click + Select All, right click+Copy menu item).
  
• Send the copied content to support@lksoft.com.
  

2. Select About IDA-STEP item in the Help menu. The About IDA-STEP dialog window appears (see Figure 1):

• Click Configuration Details button. The Configuration Details window appears.

• Copy the content of the text box by using by Copy to Clipboard button.
• Send the content to IDA-STEP developers.

• Click View Error log button. Select the text editor in the appeared dialog window.
• Copy all content by using keyboard Ctrl+A, Ctrl+C or use a context sensitive menu (right click + Select All, right click+Copy menu item) and send it to IDA-STEP developers.
  

• Close the window after you finish with the error report by using Close button.
• Exit the About IDA-STEP dialog window by clicking OK button.
